Cooking demonstrations
Chantal Jullien, the mill owner, will make you share her passion for olive oil cooking through two regional recipes : Aïoli and Pistou !
In Provence, the aïoli sauce is traditionally served on Sundays, at the ‘cabanon’... Chantal will reveal her secrets for you to make a great aïoli sauce with the Fruity black olive oil from the mill.
With the Pistou, it is the green olive oil which will perfectly match with garlic and fresh basil for all sorts of dishes : Pistou soup, toasts, pasta dishes...
These friendly demonstrations are followed by a tasting. These animations are free and opened to everyone. They take place at the mill and begin at 5 pm exactly.
